I'm Christine, your certified Group Fitness Instructor and Trainer! For 13 years I've been sharing my passion for fitness and I'm so excited to link arms and share it with YOU, too! Fitness and healthy living have been a part of my life from as far back as I can remember. What started as a weightloss journey soon became a lifestyle. Daily habits turned into routine, and my routine is what brought me here today. At the Balanced FitLife, my goal is to give you workouts you're excited about, while also providing you the convenience to do these workouts anywhere. Also, I want to encourage you to live a balanced lifestyle that includes all the "good stuff"- sweaty workouts, a consistent routine, self belief, a strong body, a clear headspace, rest, and recovery. Everyday is a chance to get better, don't let it pass you by.
